Saturday 30th January 2016
A refresher day for people who have attended courses in mindfulness based therapy which can also be experienced as an introduction to the practices for those wanting to learn more.
The day will be led by Jennifer French, a psychodynamic psychotherapist, group analyst and Buddhist practitioner of over 25 years. As well as leading meditation groups in Herefordshire, she completed the Oxford MBCT teachers course in 2006 and taught MBCT for 10 years in the NHS.
In this workshop we will look at different techniques for developing mindfulness in our own lives and in our relationships with others. The day is an opportunity to deepen your own experience and understanding and be mindfully with yourself and with others.
For those new to the practice you will have an opportunity of trying out different approaches and talking with others about the experience.
