Our office is open between 9am and 2pm weekdays so contact us to speak with or email our administrators, Di or Hannah.
There is also a confidential answer phone available when the office is not open.

We appreciate when you are struggling, making that first contact to find out about counselling is difficult in itself. However, we’d like to reassure you that we are here for you and will work with you to make the process as easy as possible.

The building we are in is opposite where Cantilupe St meets St Owen Street. Our entrance is just to the right of Cathedral Funeral Services.
We have an intercom on the right of our door.
Press the left-hand button on the intercom and wait for us to let you in.
Please push the door firmly and close it behind you.
Please note we are on the second floor.
If you have difficulty with stairs, please let us know when booking your appointment. We can arrange your appointment in a private, confidential ground-floor room elsewhere in Hereford.
