Our next Reflective Practice Group for counsellors and psychotherapists is on Weds 3rd December at 7pm

December often seems to catch up with us too soon! Next week is the last reflective practice group of the year, and fittingly we will talk about seasons and the impact they have on us and our clients. This is a time of year when we might be feel different in our energy levels, where the long evenings might present a subtle shift in our work/life balance. This month’s group is a space to reflect on this and more.
